General
VR2009 does not contain ITX (Isopropylthioxanthone) or TAA (Titanium Acetylacetonate).
The raw materials used in VR2009 are acceptable for use under EU regulations governing hazardous materials for the packaging industry. VR2009 is not toxic but will cause taint and odour problems if in direct contact with foodstuffs, especially those of a high fat content. Therefore VR2009 should be used only in applications where the varnish does not come into direct contact with food.
