Decription

A matt UV overprint varnish for paper and board designed to provide a low odour and dull finish for food & label packaging. VRM425 is suitable for roller coating application in-line on wet UV inks or off-line on dry conventional inks.

Drying

By means of UV curing unit.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 25 Kg pails or 200 Kg drums. Storage stability is six months in original, unopened containers at 20°C.

General

The components used in UV Crystal Matt Varnish VRM425 would be compliant with FDA regulations for indirect food contact.

VRM425 does not contain ITX (Isopropylthioxanthone) , TAA (Titanium Acetylacetonate).
